Winchester Public Schools has partnered with Right At School to provide high-quality after-school enrichment for elementary-age students. Right at School's mission is to enrich the lives of students, give parents peace of mind, and enable schools to focus on their academic mission. Students participate in activities designed to inspire a love of learning, develop healthy habits, and build lifelong social skills. Everyday at Right At School is a chance to learn, play, and grow.

High-Quality, Affordable After-School Care with Right at School!

After School Registration Now Open!

Registration is now open for the after-school program provided by Right At School! This year, Right at School will be hosted at Daniel Morgan Intermediate School (48 S Purcell Ave), and students will be bussed to DMIS from their elementary school. Open to grades K-6. Right Club programs are convenient and flexible – you can pick your child up any time after the school bell rings until 6 p.m., and choose the care you need from 1-5 days a week. Fees and Discounts

  • The program cost is $271 per month for five days per week, and families have the flexibility to choose fewer days of attendance for a lower cost. There is a $50 registration fee to apply.
  • Right at School offers a 50% discount for WPS staff members, a 20% discount for families who are economically disadvantaged, and a 10% sibling discount.
  • Families with financial needs are encouraged to apply for financial assistance through the Virginia Child Care Subsidy Program.

Steps to Register: 

  1. When you are ready to enroll, visit the Enrollment Website. Use the special code provided if you are receiving financial assistance. There is a $50 registration fee for those who are not receiving financial assistance.
