Welcome to the F.D.E.S. Shelby Comstock Library

The goal of the Shelby Comstock Library is to serve the educational needs of our faculty and students. The environment is inviting, with many opportunities and resources for students to learn the skills needed for academic success while promoting a lifelong love of reading and learning.

The National Information Literacy Standards is the foundation for instruction. Library lessons are also developed to introduce, reinforce, and supplement the Virginia Standards of Learning which are taught in the classroom.
